What this site is
An information site about our insurance comparison service. Nothing on it is an offer of insurance, and nothing on it is personal advice.
Any comparison we provide is based on what you tell us and what insurers quote at that time. Quotes change. An insurer's final terms are the insurer's, not ours.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but we don't warrant that everything on it is complete or error-free at all times. Insurance terms change, and what's here may lag.
Always read the actual policy wording before you buy. What an insurer issues governs, not our summary of it.
Your responsibilities
When you ask us to compare, you're telling us the information you give is accurate and complete as far as you know.
Insurance depends on this. Material facts left out — past claims, modifications, who really drives the car — can void a policy at the point you need it. That's the insurer's right, and there's nothing we can do about it after the fact. Tell us everything, including the awkward parts.
Our service
We compare quotes and explain them. We do not decide whether an insurer will cover you — insurers make their own underwriting decisions and may choose not to offer cover.
Fees
We charge you nothing for a comparison or a policy review. Where you take up a policy through us, the insurer pays us a commission, which is already accounted for in the premium the insurer quotes.
Messages
If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation in addition to these terms. We don't control WhatsApp's service and aren't responsible for it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to us. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Governing law
Singapore law. Singapore courts.
